Shipping Policy

Ziamore is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please note that weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, and unexpected events may affect delivery times.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship orders to addresses within:

  • Australia

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

Orders placed with a delivery address outside these countries will be cancelled and fully refunded.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure timely processing, the following order cut-off times apply for each region:

Australia Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday – 5:00 PM (GMT+09:30) Timezone: Australian Central Standard Time (ACST)

United Kingdom Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday – 5:00 PM (GMT or GMT+1 during BST) Timezone: Greenwich Mean Time (London)

United States Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday – 5:00 PM (EST) Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Canada Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday – 5:00 PM (EST) Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)

General Notes

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day for that region.

  • These cut-off times ensure we can begin processing and fulfilling your order as efficiently as possible.

3. Handling Time & Transit Time

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time (All Countries) 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) Time to process, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.

Transit Time by Country

Australia — Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days Carriers: Australia Post, CouriersPlease, or equivalent.

United Kingdom — Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or equivalent.

United States — Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent.

Canada — Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days Carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, or equivalent.

Transit times are general estimates provided by carriers and may vary based on location, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and other external factors. Ziamore will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within estimated timeframes; however, these estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. No minimum order amount is required.

5. Shipping Methods

We primarily work with nationally recognized carriers, depending on your delivery country:

  • Australia: Australia Post, CouriersPlease

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD

  • United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Canada: Canada Post, Purolator

Your order will be processed at our facility and then delivered by the carrier responsible for your region.

6. Order Tracking

We provide tracking whenever available. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS where available) with tracking information so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes 

Ziamore ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to all supported countries. This means all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are fully covered by us — there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Nothing extra will be due when your order arrives, regardless of your location within our shipping regions (Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada).

8. Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or

  • The carrier was unable to complete delivery.

If this occurs, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. If you request reshipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with resending the package.

9. Delays, Force Majeure & Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs or import inspections

  • Weather or natural events

  • Labor strikes

  • Peak seasonal volume

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with updates and tracking information.

10. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your shipment appears lost in transit or has not arrived after a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ziamore.com with your order number and any available tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution in accordance with applicable laws and our store policies.
