Ziamore offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Ziamore cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you would like to return. Our team will provide the next steps and return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Yes. Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

The cost of returning the original item is the responsibility of the customer. Once the exchange has been approved, our team will confirm the next steps depending on stock availability.

If your preferred size or colour is no longer available, we can help you choose another item or proceed with a refund once the return has been received and approved.
