Order
Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@ziamore.com.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia only. Orders placed with a delivery address outside these four countries will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping is completely free on all orders to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. No minimum order value is required.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
No. Ziamore ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are fully covered by us. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay — nothing extra will be due upon delivery.
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM local time (Monday to Friday) to begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order at any time via ziamore.com/apps/parcelpanel.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ziamore.com with your order number and any available tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and proof of purchase included. Everything you need to make a return is included inside your parcel. Simply use the return label and follow the instructions provided in your package. If you have any questions or have lost your return information, contact us at info@ziamore.com and we will assist you straight away.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
